33 Coupe Interior 24        9/11/04

This panel will be on top of the previous one. The top of this panel follows the contour of the trunk and the bottom will match the curve of the other panel. Now that the foam is glued on, it's time to glue one more thing on.

I figured that the flames on the door panels could use some continuation so I made some more the same way as the others. The tape is just so they would stay together while I was shaping them. I'm going to glue them on the larger section so the curve of the flames follow the curve of the panel.

This is the finished look and it fits nice. The flames are raised like the door panels are and they came out better than I expected. Now I have to figure out how to hold all these panels so they stay put. It's time to work on the back panel so let's go cut out some more stuff.

This piece is going to run across the back of the trunk. The piece that was just finished above will have the small end touching this one on the ends. I'm now ready to transfer this shape to a piece of wood and cut it out.
