This is an all aluminum intake with an
open plenum. The working RPM range is from 3500 through 8000. It comes
with two 3/8 pipe threaded holes in the back for special cooling needs
and two 1/2 pipe threaded holes in the front. I'll be plugging most if
not all of these holes.

This is a very tall manifold compared
to some. The carb pad height is 5 1/2" (form end seals). It's one inch taller than the Victor Jr. series and you can add
spacers to increase the height even more if you want. If spacers are
used, you would have to increase jet size a little larger. Notice the four
small bosses on the side of the intake runners. This is if you want to
run Nitrous Oxide in the future. All you do is drill and tap some
threads in the center of them and your ready to make some serious
horsepower.

In this shot and the one above, you
can see that there is an air gap all the way under the entire manifold.
This helps in keeping things cooler and cool air means horsepower.

Looking straight down on it you can see the open plenum
better. You can also see how the runners are designed which have a
straight shot to the cylinder head (when looking at an angle toward the
head) and are designed for heads with a standard port location. The one thing this didn't have was a vacuum hole in the back (right
below where the carburetor will mount). That means I'll have to drill and
tap a 1/4" pipe thread to supply vacuum to the power assist brakes. No big deal
though.
