This is a shot of the left kick-panel
area where I am going to run some of the wire to the front of the car
like the engine section and lights. The blue tape is used for reference.
The inside area (the part next to the left of the tape) is the place
where the kick-panel covers. What I was going to do is run the wire over
the kick-panel into this section and then out through a hole in the
floor. First I
drilled a 1/2" hole and then used my air grinder with a 3/8"
carbide bit to enlarge it.

Here you can see one of the plugs that goes
to the trans computer. I made a slot about 2 1/2" X 3/4" for
this to go through. I'll also be running other wires through here but
not all. In case I have to pull this plug back through, I want to make
sure I can so another hole will be made for the rest of the wires. Just
thinking ahead here...

The wires hanging down from under the
dash (left side of picture) will be going out the other side of the car
(passenger side). Notice how long these are because they will be going
to the rear of the car for tail lights, brake lights, fuel pump and some
other things. I have to say, they give you PLENTY of wire which is a
good thing.

It's starting to look a little better
under the dash now. Most of the larger items are all mounted and I'm
waiting for some split tubing to come in so I can put all the wire in
it. That way it will clean-up this area a little more.
