This is the old brake line. I'll be
making my new one using this one as a template. The only part of this
line that will be different is the end with a right angle bend (right
side of picture). Instead of bending down, it will be straight for
another 4" and then get bent down.

This will give me a chance to use my
new tubing bender that you see below. I added an extra 3" to the
end just in case I bent the tubing in the wrong place. This new tool
produces a larger radius than the my old lines so I will have to be
careful when it comes to the second bend because it has a very tight
(smaller) radius.

After bending and checking, I had the
basic shape and it was time for a trial fit. Everything looked good
after clamping the lines back down so it was time to cut off the excess.
