33 Coupe Engine Install 20        9/25/03

This is what it looks like installed and adjusted. It doesn't look to bad from this distance but I'll still be replacing it later. I used some purple convoluted tubing to stash the wires in. There are three wires inside there and runs under the firewall which is held in place with two small clamps. From there it goes into the body from under the kick-panel which will be hidden later when it's installed.

On the other side of the engine, I'm starting to plumb the fuel line. Here you can see the duel-feed setup I'll be using which is made by Earls. I'm not sure which side I'll be running the line in on yet but will figure it out soon. I think I'll get another color in place of the blue too but that will be later when things get painted. Notice the convoluted tubing running to the distributor and starter. That's two different sizes down there with the starter being smaller.

Here is the fuel line and some fittings I'll be using which are made by Earls. This is #8 (1/2") line that will be used where the ridged line won't work. This will go from the fuel cell to the ridged line on the frame rail and then from there to the duel feed setup to the carburetor.

I guess I should have shown these a few pages ago because they have been installed for a week or more. These are breather caps with one having a PCV valve and the other without. There made by Billet Specialties and you can see them in the above pictures. Next time I won't put the cart in front of the horse.
