Now it's time to make the Knight which is made on the CNC mill. This was the only piece made here but was the hardest. It was made in four setup's so it uses four different CNC programs. This is the first of four setups. 
 

Here you can see that it was made from a solid piece and how it's starting to take shape. The round piece is the base that gets screwed on the bottom. You can't tell the screw is there when it's done as it gets covered by green felt that's glued on. Now they need to be polished.
