This is the fuel pressure regulator
that will be mounted on the firewall. I chose the firewall location
because of where the fuel line ended up coming from the carburetor. Plus
the firewall is much easier to get to than under the car. The two fittings are 3/8" pipe on one end and #8 AN on the other.
The regulator has pipe threads in it so this is just an adapter. A
little Teflon tape on the threads and I'm ready to tighten them
down.

Here you can see the mounting bracket
for the regulator. Now the regulator has one inlet and two outlets. One
of the outlets will be used for the fuel feed to the carburetor and the
other one will be used for a fuel pressure gage. The fuel pressure gage
is going to be mounted inside the car but won't have any gasoline
running to it. I'll explain more about that later.

Here you can see how the fuel lines
are going to be run. I used two 90 degree fittings and one coupler to
make the fuel line run to the underside of the car. I wanted to use a
short piece of braided steel hose and two swivel fittings but the two
fittings were to long and took up the same amount of space that the
three other fitting did. This is why I went this way.
