Oil Finish
I used mineral oil on the walnut and it came out nice. And this only
takes a few minutes to apply with a rag.

It's Finished
Here it is all finished and I'm pretty happy with it.

I used epoxy on the plastic to keep it in place.

If my Father-in-law wants to change the flag he can. And I put my
signature brand on the back too.

Brass flathead screws hold the back in place.
|

Nice looking grain.
