I bent a new piece of stainless brake
line that I had left over from the sway-bar project. I also added two
new clamps to hold it in place which you can see one below. The other is
on the back side of the frame where you can't see.

Here you can see the rubber that will
be used under and around the brake line to protect it from rubbing a
hole in it.

I lifted the line and slid the rubber
under it and then I trimmed off the excess. Now I'm ready to bolt the
bracket/support on top which will fold the remaining small piece that is
sticking up over the top of the line to seal the deal. This worked great
and acts like a clamp at the same time.

I know it's a mess in there but the
column is just about done at this point and is ready for a steering
wheel to be bolted up. The column needs to have the tilt lever
installed along with the wiring and that's it. My wiring harness came
with a GM style plug so this shouldn't be a big deal.
