| Working With Wood Again
I'm countersinking the back for some 8-32 nuts. This way the plaque
can sit against the wall better.

I'm using a socket as a pattern for each corner.

Next
I used my belt sander and sanded to the line.

Then I used my router table to add a roundover to the perimeter.

Last I sanded both sides and all the edges.

Finishing
I going to use some satin clear.
|

 |
I sprayed all the metal pieces and my plaque with the clear in my
side-yard paint booth.
