Welding Continued
I'm setting up to weld each chain link. I used a scrap piece of wood
and nailed the chain to it so it lays flat.

These nails made it easy to keep the chain
from moving.

I also made sure that everything was square.
|

This is what each link looks like. But I plan on putting all the welds
downward so they don't show.

Working With Wood
I'm going to make a plaque to mount my art project to. The wood is
alder.

I jointed the sides to get them ready for gluing.
|

I used three pieces here.
|

|
Working With Hardware
I'm cutting some 8-32 screws to use as my mounting hardware. I'm only
going to use the longer threaded pieces.

 |
Here I welded three threaded pieces to my wrenches.
|
|
 |
And I did the same for my chain at each corner.
