What a beautiful day for an air/car show.

This is a Russian Antonov An-2 biplane. It was used as a light transport
carrying up to 12 passengers.

This is the tail of a C-17 Globemaster out of March Air Force Base in
Riverside, Ca. Now this is one giant aircraft and is awesome to walk
through.

The aircraft is powered by four fully reversible engines with a max
payload of 170,000 pounds and a gross takeoff weight of 585,000 pounds.
Now that's an incredible amount of weight to get off the ground if you
think about it.

This helicopter belongs to the California Department of Forestry and is
out of the Hemet Ryan airport in nearby Hemet, Ca. Nicknamed "Helitack"
it's designed to carry a small crew of firefighters to a remote area and
then drop them off.

The U.S. Army had a bunch of vintage trucks and jeeps on
display.
