It sure looks barren in there, maybe I can make some shelves for it
later.

With the clear plastic on the back, Aidan
should enjoy watching all the parts move. I also used the lock-nuts at each
corner in place of the normal ones I had on there earlier.

Here is what it looks like once I filled the gap under the floor (and
the roof). I'll have to tell my grandson that they are not finger holes
to remove that piece.

That box just clears the door frame, but it clears.

Once those lock bolts are in place, that door has no slop at all. Also,
notice how close those small screws are to the edge. The chamfer goes
right to the edge, but didn't break through.

The safe weights 55 pounds and should last him a lifetime. If for some reason the electronic
lock fails, it can be replaced.

Oh...I almost forgot, I used 22 pieces of welding rod and each one
measures 3
feet long. That equals 66 feet of welding rod and these were the
small left-over pieces I had. Each one is about 1 1/4" long.
