Making the Top Continued
I found the center by the normal method (corner-to-corner) but I
quickly found out true center was slightly different.

I drew a circle from my X location in the
center and that's when I found out I needed to move my center point to
get the largest circle possible.

Here you can see my pencil line a little better.

I drilled the center hole for my pin on my milling machine.

Next I drilled a hole in my router jig.
|
|
After a few minutes, I had my piece cutout.
|
|
This is a very messy process as you can see. And my pants looked about
the same as the table.

|
I started with 100 grit, then 150 and stopped at 220. This went pretty
fast.

I put a 3/16" radius on both edges. Again, this process goes very fast.
|

Next it was time to layout for my screws that hold the bearing in place.
