Here is the second half of the update with this one being held in
Yucaipa, CA hosted by the Past Pleasure's Car Club. This show is held on
the first Friday of every month with this one on September 5th. The show
hours run from 6 to 9 pm and usually brings out a nice crowd of people
which means getting their early is a must if you want a decent parking
place.
The weather was in the high 90's which made for a nice evening that
brought out lots of hot rods. Speaking of which...let's check out a few.
This VW was pulling a small trailer that was every bit
as big as the car.

roof.

I checked out the inside of this trailer and would
agree that you could sleep inside but it would be really cramped.

I love old Corvette's and this one had a small block with a four speed
trans. The one thing I don't like about this car is the aftermarket
hood.

I'm sure the reason for the L-88 hood is because of clearance issues with
the air cleaners but there are other solutions.
