The second annual relay for life 'Cruisin' For A Cure' car and bike show
was held at the Fellowship in the Pass Church in Beaumont on September
18th. The show ran from 3 to 7 pm and all the proceeds went to the
American Cancer Society. They had a speaker talk about cancer awareness
and how important it is to be educated about it and how early detection
can save your life.
One thing that's nice about this show is that it's only a few miles
from my house. There were games for the kids, prizes,
vendors, live music, raffle and some good food as well.
They didn't have a very good turnout (which was disappointing because
of the good cause) but lets take a look at the ones that did show up.
