I made this funnel drain out of some polished aluminum diamond plate. I cut out a 1" diameter hole, gave the end a full radius and then bent it 90 degrees. I took a small baby food jar and screwed the lid to the bottom which makes it easy to empty.
 

I leave the funnel to drain over night and then place it back on the shelf. This was a quick and easy project that I've used for many years now.
