I still remember the smell of fresh baked goods when those rear doors opened. The extra long oak drawers held fresh breads, pastries, lots of different doughnuts and cupcakes, etc. For the ones old enough to have experienced the Helms Bakery trucks, it's ok if your mouth is watering. For those of you that haven't had the pleasure, I'm sorry to say you really missed out.
